yeasterday, i played badminton with club members in my university.
i haven't been participated in my circle for a long time.
so i haven't been doing exercise for a long time!
i was surprised that my strength declined....
i thought that it is important to continue doing some exercise everyday.
i am 19 years old now, i am not so young as i think i am young....
when i was a junior high and high school student, i had practiced badminton everyday.
i am going to try to move my body when i am free!!:D
